Daily Study Timetable for Students – Sleep well and drink water adequately: You need to constantly drink water so that your brain keeps on working at its best. Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep daily. Your brain needs rest and if you don’t provide, it will have a severe effect on your health and thus your studies will be affected.

Timetable for study at home Try to take 10-15 minutes to break after 50-60 minutes of study. While break, take a snack, be active, walk or refresh by your favorite pass time. Fix your time when you are most active and alert depends on whether you are comfortable at night or in the morning.

Highlight, markup, draw on this, and write small notes on the sides of things you want to reiterate to yourself. On one piece of paper, outline and write out the main concepts of the lecture, studying and attempting to memorize as you go. This piece of paper will become your "facesheet" for that lecture.

Once you are done with the brain-storming pen it down on a sheet of paper. Entitle it as a timetable for study at home for class 11 or 12 and paste it to the wall or desk where you visit maximum. Let your mind breathe: Students often make a schedule that is irrelevant and impractical. Unnecessary stressing your mind will only harm your brain which is not a healthy practice.

Rather, I wanted to share with you my advice on 5 easy steps to being a better medical student from day 1. 1. Be willing to be selfish. You must be willing to prioritize personal time and to continue to do the unique things that make you who you are. And trust me, the time can be found in any rigorous program.

Study schedule can be made for a week, month or more time. Making a schedule depends on the student, nature of his studies, subjects and other routine activities. This can be done by calculating the available time (e.g. months, days and weeks) in an academic session and the number of courses to be studied in that academic session.

Tip 1. Create your perfect study environment. Do you prefer to study alone, or in a group? At the library, or at home? In silence, or listening to Billie Eilish? Figure out which elements make you feel most comfortable, and then create that environment in some way, every time you study. (Image: Tip 2. Be a timelord (or lady)
